We take pride in crafting high-quality handmade products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days in your bank account.

Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges and discounted items are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be canceled within 10 hours of placement.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible as production or shipping may have already begun.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
